How long does it take my order to arrive?
All items offered on TrendingAz.com are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality!
While we print a portion of our products in-house at our US facilities, we also source from suppliers worldwide to offer our shoppers a greater variety of merchandise. We only work with vendors who abide by our strict quality control guidelines and standards. This is the reason for the delivery times below.

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.
Estimate Time Of Arrival.
We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, except for holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

- When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
- In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request.

$6.99 for order price under $44.99
$8.99 for order from $45 to $74.99
$10.99 for order from $75 to $99.99
$12.99 for orders $100.00 and up
$9.99 for order price under $44.99
$12.99 for order from $45 to $74.99
$15.99 for order from $75 to $99.99
$18.99 for orders $100.00 and up
The tracking system shows that the package was delivered to its destination, but the buyer claims they did not receive the package.
We do not offer refunds or reprints for orders marked as delivered. Customers can contact their carrier (i.e., USPS/ UPS, DHL, etc.) for exact details on the delivery, including GPS location.
The tracking system shows no updated progress for too long.
We will process a refund if the tracking has not been updated for more than 10 business days (for orders within the US) and more than 30 days (for international orders). Please contact: support@trendingaz.com

The package was delivered to the incorrect address.
If the package has arrived at a location different from the recipient address, we will refund the base cost back to your wallet. Or, if the customer prefers, we will replace the item. Please contact: support@trendingaz.com
Please note that TrendingAz's refund policy will not apply in the case of any force majeure event as well as in case of a forced verify address pushed in our system. We will provide official notice in this event.
The package was returned to the sender because an invalid address was provided.
We do not offer replacements, refunds, or credits for invalid address entry.

For incorrect or defective items, we can either refund the base cost to your
TrendingAz wallet or, if the customer prefers, we can ship them a new order.

Detailed photos are required for quality control purposes and need to be added as attachment to the submitted ticket (front, back and packaging)

If an order arrives with a missing item, we will gladly ship out the missing piece. Please note that detailed photos are required for quality control purposes.
